| Schedule Utility, Delivery or Repair Waiting Services: |
| When utility, delivery and waiting service is scheduled, your credit card will be charged $20.00 for the one hour minimum Errands 'n Chores rate. If this service is combined with house cleaning, the hourly rate is discounted to $5.00 (plus the house cleaning hourly rate of $25.00). If your service provider has not arrived by the time the house cleaning is completed, the hourly rate for the remaining amount of waiting time will be billed at $20.00 per hour. An invoice will be provided once this service is completed and payment is due immediately. If paying by check for the final invoice, a fee of $25.00 will be charged for any returned checks. 24 hour advance notice for this service is required. We will contact you to discuss access to your home once service is scheduled. |
