| House Cleaning Services include all of the following unless otherwise specified. |
| KITCHEN CLEANING Appliances: Clean interior and exterior of microwave oven and exterior of refrigerator and dishwasher. Clean exterior of oven to include drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs. Counter tops, Cabinets & Chairs: Clean and polish cabinet exteriors as well as tables and chairs. Clean and sanitize counter tops, back splash, and sinks. Floor: Sweep and / or vacuum. Mop / Polish floor. Dishes: Wash, dry and put away all dirty dishes. BATHROOM CLEANING Shower, Bathtub, & Sinks: Clean, scrub, and sanitize showers, bathtubs (to include exterior), and sinks. Vanity & Toilets: Clean and sanitize vanities, toilets (to include exterior), and back splashes. Clean mirrors and polish chrome. Deodorize bathroom. Floor: Sweep and / or vacuum. Mop / Polish floor. ALL ROOMS Dusting, floor cleaning, and overall maintenance to include dusting of picture frames, knick-knacks, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves, baseboards, and remove cobwebs. Make beds in all rooms. Vacuum carpeting. Vacuum and / or sweep and polish hard surface floors. Vacuum furniture (including under cushions). Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets. |

| OPTIONAL CLEANING The following services are optional and typically not required as frequently as the services listed above. Please indicate the services that you would like to schedule. Ceiling Fan / Light Fixture Cleaning Interior Oven Cleaning Interior Refrigerator Cleaning (clean, organize, and dispose of expired foods). Interior Cabinet Cleaning (remove all items, clean inside cabinets, and replace items). |

| When cleaning service is scheduled, your credit card will be charged a deposit of $25.00 for the one hour minimum Errands 'n Chores rate. If optional cleaning is selected, you will be charged an additional $25.00 deposit. Once your house cleaning is completed, you will receive an invoice for the remaining amount due and payment is due immediately. The cleaning supplies are included in the hourly rate, however, client to provide vacuum and ladder or step stool for high / hard to reach areas if needed. If paying by check for the final invoice, a fee of $25.00 will be charged for any returned checks. 48 hour advance notice is required for this service. First time customers receive 15% off hourly cleaning rate. |
